連勝文參選　吳敦義避談是否支持

國民黨台北市黨部上午舉行新春團拜，副總統吳敦義、榮譽主席吳伯雄等人都出席向黨員拜年。由於連勝文接受媒體專訪時幾已明確表態會參選，媒體也詢問吳是否會支持連？不過吳敦義並未有任何回應。

吳敦義致詞時，除了呼籲國民黨要團結外，對於馬政府施政遭到許多批評，他也強調，很多評論都是不正確的，「是建立在謊言、虛構、惡意之上」，但他仍希望黨員虛心聽取民間的聲音，尤其有反對的聲音時，先反求諸己，有需要改進的地方就改進，但若是外界的誤解，則必須說明。

吳敦義指出，台北市是首都，只要大家堅定支持黨的政策，並平心靜氣看待馬政府的施政，就能獲得好的評價，對每一張票，都要穩穩爭取，就是確保勝選的重要力量。（晏明強／台北報導）
