LINE也可辦案　鷹眼計畫逮搶匪

新北市新莊區1名32歲黃姓搶匪，除夕當天下午3時許，騎乘謝姓友人偷來的贓車，在四維市場商圈，搶奪1名婦人頸上價值5萬元的金項鍊，2人逃逸後食髓知味，趁著過年期間，又轉向泰山區楓江路1處工廠，竊取廠內價值3000元的50支銅棒。

新莊分局偵查隊長張明偉，用通訊軟體LINE成立鷹眼計畫，調閱事發地附近共200支監視器畫面，終於拍到黃姓嫌犯清楚模樣，隨即上傳LINE上群組供警員指認，再確認黃男為泰山區列管毒品人口，立馬到期黃嫌租處逮人，偵訊時黃男坦承犯下上述2起刑案，訊後依竊盜、搶奪等罪嫌函送法辦。(曾伯愷／新北報導)
