　　Ubisoft 宣佈，PC／PS4／PS3／Xbox One／Xbox 360／Wii U 版下載專用 2D RPG 新作《Child of Light》（チャイルドオブライト），除 Xbox One 版以外的上市時間確定為 2014 年 5 月 1 日，售價 1,480 日幣，官方並同時公佈最新宣傳影片。

　　本作由曾參與《刺客教條 II》及《極地戰嚎 3》等大作開發的老將 Patrick Plourde 負責製作，使用 Ubisoft Entertainment 獨家開發的遊戲引擎「UbiartFramework」，能輕鬆製作出讓手繪圖像栩栩如生演出的 2D 遊戲，也因此不同於動輒數百人規模的《刺客教條》系列，Plourde 所帶領的工作團隊僅有 35 名研發人員，大大節省了開發所需的人事成本。

　　本作為一款以奇幻世界為舞台的正統派 RPG，故事描述被黑暗女王偷走了太陽、月亮及星星的利莫里亞（レムリア）王國陷入一片絕望，玩家將扮演為利莫里亞王國帶來希望，擁有純真心靈的年輕王子「歐羅拉」（オーロラ），為奪回 3種光源而向黑暗女王宣戰，並希望能復興利莫里亞王國。
