標題[聘書/請益]研替 正基硬體RD

各位好 不才小弟在過年前得到正基科技的offer 職務是硬體RD(研替) 薪水是(N-3)*14 其他的分紅也是看表現和公司營運 唯一特別的是聽主管說會有股票拿? 正基是正文的子公司 公司就在正文隔壁 當時面試時還找不到 因為門口掛的是正文科技 想請教的是正基的硬體部門工時加班情形以及補休好不好報? (沒加班費) 我都已經問過人資及單位主管了 畢竟公司講的我還是抱著聽聽就好的想法 上這裡問是想看看有沒有在裡面工作的或是了解狀況的人怎麼說 工作內容沒有太大問題 另外小弟在很久之前有錄取旺宏TE 薪水是(N+3)*14 但是在各方面勸退後放棄了 只是沒想到底薪的部分差了6K 有點訝異正文集團的公司給得比較低就是了 最後N是台積新人價 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.56.102
